Returns Policy

All qualifying item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the item's ship date (or as otherwise stated in the item's product page). Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, and dust bag. Once your returned item has been processed at our warehouse, you'll receive a full refund (less a $7.95 USD restocking fee).

Exchange Options

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your order if we still have the item in stock. Simply return items in their original packaging with all tags attached to the address listed on your invoice. Upon receipt of the original item we'll ship you your new item right away. (less a $7.95 USD restocking fee and any additional return shipping costs).

Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective / damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective/Damaged Items

Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us right away via the request form; include your order number, email address, and phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible. 

On defective/damaged items, Kirstin Maldonado will cover the cost of shipping the defective/damaged item back to us, and the shipping charges to replace the defective/damaged item.
